Wild Apple Jack is made with the oldest, wild apple variety in Denmark.
It is an apple with lots of tannin and acidity and has flavors like no other apple.
The crushed apples are infused in danish vodka for six month before ageing for one year in old American Bourbon barrels.
The aromas are lemon, green almonds and vanilla.
