This sparkling apple wine, is made with 100% Aroma apples.

The apples are all organic and danish, and comes from a local apple orchard, close to the winery.

The apple juice is kryo concentrated before it is fermented with champagne yeast for about two month. The wine is bottled and fermented for the second time, it rest like this for at least one year.

The wine is aromatic with small bitter notes of apple peel.
