Our sparkling flower wine with wild lilacs are made from danish wild lilacs, handpicked just north of Copenhagen.
The lilacs are fermented with champagne yeast in big steel barrels for six weeks.
The flavor is bittersweet with lots of fresh floral appeal. Tangy like a tonic.
A taste of summer, perfect on its own or in sparkling cocktails, try it with a botanical gin!
