At Copenhagen Winery, we love making wine from local ingredients.
So in 2018 we created a new series of Sparkling Flowerwine.
The wine is fermented with fresh spring flowers that we pick on our own farm, just north of Copenhagen.
We have made 3 different flavors!
Elderflower 4,5% alc
Hawthorn 4,5% alc
Lilac 4,5% alc
