In 2016 Søren started producing organic apple ciders.
The idea was to create the best tasting apple cider in Denmark and in 2019 Copenhagen Winery was awarded with two gold medals and the title of “Best Fruit Wine 2019”
Today Copenhagen Winery is an innovative winery, producing alcoholic beverages with a taste of what Danish nature has to offer.
The range of products includes sparkling apple wines, ciders, gin, apple brandy, sweet wines and wines made from fresh flowers, all inspired by the surrounding nature of Copenhagen.
The products are sold to some of the best restaurants, cocktail bars and cafes in Copenhagen.
