Our sparkling flower wine, with wild elderflowers, are made from danish elderflowers, handpicked just north of Copenhagen.
The elderflowers are fermented with champagne yeast in big steel barrels for six weeks.
The flavor is fresh and sweet with clear notes of blooming spring flowers and aromatic sweet lemons.
A taste of summer, perfect on its own or in sparkling cocktails.
